We have been informed by the owner that the rare Shepherd hardtop offered for sale on our website, has had a new bottom installed in 2016. This will certainly give the Shepherd a “new lease on life” and will no doubt add years of seaworthiness to the vessel. Please see details and photos below.

“Rare 1951 Greavette Sedan Canadian made. Mahogany plank on oak frame. Powered by 6cyl Buchanan inboard. Many upgrades, stainless steel fuel tank, electric fuel pump, electronic ignition. Bilge refinished in 2012, bottom paint 2013. Professionally refinished by Miller Potter’s in Manotick. Always stored indoors. Complete with custom bunk trailer (2008).”
Note: A new bottom was installed on the Greavette at Miller Potters in the fall of 2015 at the end of the boating season.
