Gidley long Deck launch: 27 ft, 1920
This beautiful, historic Gidley long deck launch went through a total restoration about fourteen years ago, costing $150,000. The hull is cedar on oak. (Length, 27 ft, beam 6 ft.) The owner passed away a year later and the Gidley has been in storage ever since. The six cylinder Chrysler Crown engine was started up in the fall of 2012. The boat’s name is “Black Cat”. (Note the cat’s head on top of the gear shift lever.) “Black Cat” comes with a storage trailer.
